The fastest training aid I’ve tried

Been tinkering with the speedstix a lot lately and my goodness are they quick! It’s literally the fastest training aid I’ve tried at the moment. The middleweight is my favourite as it makes the long drive driver feel amazing for some reason. Great product from you and Mike. I’ll just need a fiddle around with the training program now. I’ve been a long time user or super speed sticks and I do regularly strength train and working for Ocado is quite a hardy job too. We’re in good shape for Warrington now!

Seems useful

Good program. Followed it a few weeks now and it's easy to follow and I do expect it to eventually give effect.
Transportation from the UK to EU is not ideal, preferably there should be a hub inside EU for sending in order to avoid delay and customs fees.
Delivery delay was in my case over a week compared to expectations.

Works as advertised

System works as advertised. I didn’t anticipate it being as large of a pain to change out the weights as it is. Don’t get me wrong, it is simple enough to do, but it ends up taking more time then expected, its a pain to have the wrench always out, and then its easy to damage your drive head by dropping it or misplacing it when you are constantly taking it off. I’d recommend having an extra driver shaft if you are going to use these.

Great training aid resulting in good progress on swing speed. Excellent supporting videos providing great feedback on any weaknesses enabling targeted improvement via specific exercises. Great product.

Love the idea and weights… but the program isn’t explained very well

Really like the design and ease of use of the weights, but the website and training portal leave a lot to the imagination. It almost feels like it was thrown together as an after thought. The videos are great but for people like me that like to keep track of things the calendar is useless. Also one of the reasons I went This route was for the app use, yeah that doesn’t work and is being phased out. Overall great product but the training portal is quite lacking and could/should be revamped
